How We Work

Step 1

The Discovery Meeting is an open dialogue where you can uncover exactly what we do and for us to know more about your objectives. We may not be for you and that’s ok.

  • Virtual meeting or face-to-face in our office
  • Strategies we specialise in and what might be suitable for you
  • An overview of the market, case studies & financial forecasts
  • It’s not a sales meeting – you won’t be buying anything


It’s completely FREE. We only ask that you don’t waste your time or ours. 

Step 2

Usually, a few days after the Discovery Meeting, you’d talk to your consultant and go over any questions following your meeting. If both parties are happy, we will begin packaging your recommendations. 

By recommending suitable options, it will save you a lot of time and means we can manage the flow of the opportunities across our clients. 

There’s zero bias or preference towards investment opportunities.
Do the numbers work for you and does the data match?

Step 3

After reviewing investment reports, financial forecasts, and everything else you’d need, you’ll select an opportunity. 

All investments are on a first come, first serve and have already been competitively priced. We don’t have to bother with bidding wars. 

Unlike other companies, our allocations are small and usually over-subscribed.
If you miss out on an opportunity, there will be others.

Step 4

Our seasoned operations team will coordinate all the pieces where required such as solicitors, mortgage brokers, company formations team, and asset management. We’ll do the heavy lifting. 

It’s not always straightforward when buying property which is why accessibility and responsiveness are key from both sides.

Step 5

We’ve partnered up with a national asset management company that will get to work in placing the right tenants in your property. 

From here clients work with consultants regularly to ensure the objectives from the outset are all on track.
